i'm tudz — by day, a collection applications specialist working on live digital collections migrations, metadata, and digital asset management systems. outside of that, i run archive/tendencies, a creative consultancy that translates institutional-grade archival practice into something people documenting their own creative lives can actually use.

this site replaces the social platforms for me. no feed, no algorithm — just a home i control, updated on my own schedule.

this site is handwritten html and css, hosted on neocities. no frameworks, no build step, no javascript beyond the little clock in the header.

headings and nav are set in Home Video, a font by GGBotNet. body text is set in a monospace face, in keeping with the old-pc, VHS-tape feeling i wanted the whole site to have.

the colour palette is deliberately muted-VHS: beige paper, dusty orange, faded blue, dry pink, mustard yellow. images (once i add them) are treated to look a little dithered, a little degraded — on purpose.
